INGREDIENTES

- 🍜 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 🐚 100g shijimi clams (purged)
- 💧 300ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
PASOS
Place shijimi clams in a bowl with enough water to cover them. Rub the shells together to clean them thoroughly, then drain the water.
In a pot, combine shijimi clams, sake, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, skim off any foam, and simmer on low heat until the clams open. Add mirin, salt, and soy sauce, and mix briefly.
Heat the frozen udon noodles in the microwave according to the package instructions. Place the noodles in a bowl, pour the clam broth over them, and garnish with chopped green onions.
