INGREDIENTES

- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
PASOS
Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Cut the garlic chives into bite-sized pieces.
Place the shimeji mushrooms and garlic chives in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
Add the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, chicken stock powder, sesame oil, doubanjiang) and mix well.
