INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
PASOS
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until its color changes.
Wipe off excess fat, add shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry until softened. Then add bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly.
Add sake and ponzu sauce, stir to combine, and cook until evenly coated. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
