INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Meat
- 🐖 150g pork slices
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
Liquid Ingredients
- 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
- 💧 50ml water
- 🥛 50ml milk
Other
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
PASOS
Coat the pork slices with all-purpose flour in a bowl.
Prepare the shimeji mushrooms by trimming the roots and separating them. Thinly slice the onion.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, add grated garlic and pork, and sauté until the pork changes color.
Add shimeji mushrooms and onion to the pot, and sauté until the vegetables soften.
Add the seasoning ingredients (consomme, salt, pepper), canned tomatoes, and water. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add milk and bring to a boil. Serve in a dish and garnish with parsley.
