Noodles
- 1 bag (180g) shirataki noodles
Seafood
- 100g frozen seafood mix
Vegetables
- 150g stir-fry cut vegetables
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Garnish
- Pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Cut shirataki noodles into manageable lengths.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add shirataki noodles. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the moisture evaporates, then push them to the side.
Add sesame oil, seafood mix, and grated garlic to the pan. Stir-fry until cooked through, then add the cut vegetables and stir-fry until softened.
Add salt and lemon juice, then quickly stir to combine.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
