INGREDIENTES
Main
- 1 bag (300g) shirataki noodles
- 80g ground chicken
- 🧅 5cm green onion, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
- 150cc unsweetened soy milk
- Chili oil, to taste
- Chili threads, to taste
- 🧅 Green onion, optional
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp ground white sesame
PASOS
Mince the green onion. Boil water in a pot, cook shirataki noodles for 1 minute, then drain.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add ground chicken, grated ginger, and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the chicken changes color. Add doubanjiang and mix well.
Add minced green onion and the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, ground white sesame). Stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add unsweetened soy milk and warm the mixture to create the soup.
Place the shirataki noodles in a bowl, pour the soup over them, and garnish with chili oil, extra green onion, and chili threads as desired.
