INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 bag arugula
Dairy
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧀 Grated cheese, to taste
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, to taste
Other
- 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
PASOS
Cut the arugula into 3cm pieces and remove the roots.
Wash the peeled shrimp and pat dry with a paper towel.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Drain.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, cook shrimp until color changes, then remove.
In the same pan, melt butter over medium-low heat, add flour, and stir until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked spaghetti, shrimp, and arugula to the sauce. Mix well.
Serve on a plate and garnish with grated cheese and parsley.
