INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍤 8 peeled shrimp
- 🥦 8 small broccoli florets
- 🌽 3 tbsp frozen whole corn
Agar Jelly Ingredients
- 💧 400 ml water
- 3 g agar powder
- 1 tbsp consomme
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
PASOS
Separate broccoli into small florets. Place peeled shrimp, broccoli, and corn into a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until softened.
In a pot, combine all agar jelly ingredients and stir lightly. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2–3 minutes. Pour the mixture into a mold.
Add all the prepared ingredients into the mold and refrigerate until set.
