INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥦 80g broccoli florets
Dairy
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧀 Grated cheese to taste
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Flour
- 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
Herbs
- Chopped parsley to taste
PASOS
Cut broccoli into small florets and peel the stem. Steam in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water for 1–1.5 minutes at 600W. Drain water.
Wash peeled shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
Boil spaghetti in salted water for 1 minute less than the package instructions. Drain.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook shrimp until color changes, then remove.
In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Add spaghetti, cooked shrimp, and broccoli to the sauce. Mix well.
Plate the pasta and garnish with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
