INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
- 🥦 125g broccoli florets
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Tartar Sauce Ingredients
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 🧅 30g minced onion
- 20g minced pickles
- 1 sprig minced parsley
Tartar Sauce Seasonings
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Boil eggs in a pot of water for 10–11 minutes. Cool in cold water and peel.
Separate broccoli into florets and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Mince onion, pickle, and parsley.
Mash boiled eggs in a bowl with a fork. Mix with minced onion, pickle, parsley, and seasonings to make tartar sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry shrimp until color changes, add broccoli, and sauté briefly. Mix in tartar sauce and stir-fry together.
