- 11 shumai wrappers
Seafood
- 🍤 50g boiled shrimp
Fish Cake
- 1 large fish cake
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🧄 1 green onion, chopped
Eggs
- 🥚 1 egg
Condiments
- 🍅 Ketchup, as needed
PASOS
Mince the onion and chop the green onion into small pieces.
Cut the shrimp into 1cm pieces. Tear the fish cake into small pieces in a bowl and mix until crumbly.
Add the minced onion, shrimp, green onion, and egg to the bowl and mix well.
Wrap the mixture in shumai wrappers to form dumplings.
Place the shumai on a heatproof container lined with parchment paper. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Let it steam for 1 minute with the wrap on. Serve with ketchup.
