INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦐 200g shrimp, deveined
Staple
- 2 pieces of mochi (100g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1/2 piece ginger, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 5 tbsp salad oil for frying
Seasoning for Shrimp
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 3 tbsp water
PASOS
Chop green onion and ginger finely. Mince garlic after removing its core.
Peel and devein shrimp, then rinse and pat dry. Mix shrimp with sake, salt, and cornstarch in a bowl.
Cut mochi into small pieces. Heat salad oil for frying in a pan over medium heat, fry mochi until crispy, then remove.
Wipe the pan clean, add salad oil, and sauté ginger and garlic over low heat until fragrant. Add green onion and cook until softened.
Add shrimp and stir-fry until color changes. Pour in sauce ingredients and cook until thickened. Mix in fried mochi and serve.
