INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Dairy
- 150g firm tofu
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 50g green beans
- 🌽 40g frozen corn
Cooking Oil
- As needed salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp okara powder
Garnish
- 🍋 1 wedge lemon
PASOS
Mash the firm tofu to remove excess moisture.
Chop the green beans into small pieces and mix with shrimp, tofu, egg, frozen corn, sake, salt, and okara powder.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan.
Pan-fry until golden brown on both sides, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve with a wedge of lemon for garnish.
