INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced

- 🦐 8 shrimp (120g), deveined
Protein
- 1 block fried tofu (170g)
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASOS
Cut the green onion into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails intact, and devein them. Wash and pat dry.
Mix the shrimp with sake, salt, and cornstarch in a bowl.
Combine sugar, fish sauce, vinegar, chili, and salad oil in a separate bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add green onion, tofu, and shrimp, and stir-fry.
Once the shrimp is cooked through, add the prepared sauce and stir-fry until evenly coated.
