INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 100g chopped komatsuna
Dairy
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧀 Grated cheese to taste
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- Chopped parsley to taste

- 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
PASOS
Cut the root of the komatsuna and slice into 3cm pieces.
Wash the peeled shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
Boil water in a pot, add salt and spaghetti, and cook 1 minute less than the package instructions. Drain.
Heat butter in a frying pan, add komatsuna, and stir-fry over medium heat until softened. Add shrimp and stir-fry quickly until color changes.
Add flour and stir until no longer powdery. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, and simmer on low heat until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and stir to combine.
Plate the pasta and garnish with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
