PASOS
Separate maitake mushrooms into small clusters. Cut garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Pat the peeled shrimp dry to remove excess moisture.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add maitake mushrooms and shrimp, cooking for 3–5 minutes until fully cooked.
