- 🦐 8 peeled shrimp (120g)
Vegetables
- 🍄 8 mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- Chopped parsley, a pinch

- 150cc olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
PASOS
Crush and roughly chop the garlic.
Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, wash them, and pat dry.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and mushrooms, and cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes until mushrooms are cooked through.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
