INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion (200g)
- 2 green onions (14g)
Seafood
- 🦐 6 peeled shrimp (90g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
Thickener
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water
PASOS
Cut the onion into quarters lengthwise and slice the green onions into 2cm pieces.
Make a slit in the shrimp's back, remove the vein, rinse with water, and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a frying pan, add the onion and seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, chicken stock powder, water). Cook over medium heat for 6 minutes until the onion softens.
Add the shrimp, cover, and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
Pour in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce, then add the green onions and mix well.
