INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Dairy
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧀 Grated cheese, as needed
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
PASOS
Thinly slice the onion.
Rinse the peeled shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Drain.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add onion, and sauté until softened. Add shrimp and cook until color changes.
Add flour to the pan and stir until no longer powdery. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, and simmer over low heat until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and mix well.
Serve on plates and garnish with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
