INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🦐 120g of peeled shrimp
- 🥬 4 leaves of sunny lettuce
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Dressing
- 🧂 1 tsp of sugar
- 🍋 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of fish sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- A pinch of sliced chili
PASOS
Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry. Boil water in a pot, add shrimp, and cook until the color changes. Drain the water.
Tear the sunny lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion and soak it in water, then drain.
In a large bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, lemon juice, fish sauce, sesame oil, and chili). Add the shrimp, lettuce, and onion, then toss to combine.
