INGREDIENTES

- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp

- 🍗 100g ground chicken breast
Noodles
- 40g glass noodles
Vegetables
- 1 stalk celery (100g)
- 🧅 50g red onion
- 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- Pinch of sliced chili
- 2 tsp sesame oil
PASOS
Soak the glass noodles in warm water until softened, then drain.
Cook the peeled shrimp in boiling water until pink and firm, then set aside.
Sauté the ground chicken breast in a pan until fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces.
Thinly slice the celery, red onion, and tomato, and combine them in a large bowl.
Mix the fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar, grated garlic, sliced chili, and sesame oil in a small bowl to create the dressing.
Combine the softened noodles, cooked shrimp, sautéed chicken, and sliced vegetables in the bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss well.
Serve the salad immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
