Spring Roll Wrapper
- 4 rice paper sheets
Filling
- 🦐 6 boiled shrimp
- 100g bean sprouts
- 🥕 50g julienned carrot
- 50g green leaf lettuce
Chili Sauce
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang

PASOS
Julienne the carrot. Cut the shrimp in half lengthwise. Microwave the bean sprouts in a heatproof container for 1 minute at 600W, rinse under cold water, and squeeze out excess moisture. Soak rice paper as per package instructions and drain.
Place a rice paper sheet on a cutting board. Layer torn green leaf lettuce, bean sprouts, and julienned carrot (1/4 of each ingredient).
Roll the rice paper once, place 3 shrimp halves with the cut side facing up, roll again, fold the sides inward, and continue rolling tightly. Repeat to make 4 rolls.
Mix the chili sauce ingredients in a heatproof container and microwave uncovered for 1 minute 30 seconds at 600W. Slice the spring rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve with the sauce.
