INGREDIENTES

- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 15g dried daikon radish
- 100g shungiku (1/2 bunch)
Seasonings
- 1 1/2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Rinse the dried daikon radish lightly in water and drain. Place it in a bowl, add enough water to cover, and let it soak for about 15 minutes until softened. Squeeze out excess water and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the root ends of the shungiku and separate the leaves from the stems. Cut the leaves into 3cm pieces and slice the stems thinly at an angle.
In a bowl, mix the ponzu soy sauce, mayonnaise, and white sesame seeds. Add the tuna, dried daikon radish, and shungiku, and toss to combine.
