INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 400g silk noodles
- 1/2 green chili
- 🧅 1/4 spring onion or onion
- A pinch of seaweed flakes
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil or perilla oil
- 1/3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 A pinch of almond powder
PASOS
Rinse the silk noodles in cold water and drain them using a colander.
Lightly sauté the minced garlic first, then add the drained silk noodles and stir-fry without oil.
Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp mirin. Stir-fry continuously.
Add 1/2 tbsp corn syrup and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil (or perilla oil). Stir-fry and add green chili and spring onion (or onion).
Sprinkle almond powder or sesame seeds, and garnish with seaweed flakes. Serve immediately.
