INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 50g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
Cooking Essentials
- potato starch, as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp honey
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASOS
Cut the komatsuna into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Cool under running water, drain, and squeeze out excess moisture.
Pierce the chicken thigh with a fork and cut into large bite-sized pieces. Lightly coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook while turning until browned. Add the seasonings (☆), boiled eggs, and cover with a drop lid and the pot lid. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Serve the chicken, eggs, and komatsuna on a plate.
