INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag chrysanthemum greens
Protein
- 1 piece freeze-dried tofu (20g)
Seafood
- 1 tbsp dried seaweed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 100 ml water
PASOS
Cut chrysanthemum greens into bite-sized pieces.
Soak freeze-dried tofu in a bowl of water for 5 minutes, squeeze out excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rehydrate dried seaweed in a separate bowl of water according to package instructions and drain.
In a pot, combine all seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil. Add tofu, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add chrysanthemum greens, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes. Add seaweed and heat briefly.
