    • 150g silken tofu
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 300g daikon radish
  • Cooking Oil

    • 1 tsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 1/3 tsp dashi powder
    • 💧 200ml water
    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • Thickener

    • 1/2 tbsp potato starch
    • 💧 1/2 tbsp water

Cut the daikon radish into 1.5cm thick half-moon slices after peeling. Slice the daikon leaves into 1cm pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the ground chicken until its color changes.

Add the daikon slices and all seasoning ingredients except soy sauce. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Add soy sauce, mix, and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Add the potato starch mixture to thicken the sauce. Scoop large chunks of tofu with a spoon and add them along with the daikon leaves. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
