INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g mackerel fillets
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
Canned Goods
- 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
Liquids
- 💧 100ml water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
PASOS
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add mackerel fillets to the pan and sear both sides until lightly browned.
Add broccoli, shimeji mushrooms, canned tomatoes, water, salt, pepper, and consomme powder to the pan.
Simmer the mixture for 15-20 minutes until the mackerel is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
Serve hot, garnished with additional pepper if desired.
