    • 🌱 200g grated daikon radish

    • 50cc concentrated mentsuyu (3x strength)
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ☆ Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 💧 150cc water
    • 🌿 2 slices of ginger

Cut the pork belly into 4cm wide strips and sprinkle with salt.

Slice the burdock root thinly on a diagonal and soak in water. Drain well.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the pork and cook until its color changes. Add the burdock and stir-fry until coated with oil.
