- 🐟 4 cleaned sardines

- 1 slice of ginger

- 2 pickled plums
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar

- 💧 200 ml water
