INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦑 150g cleaned squid
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), peeled and quartered
- 🌱 2 green beans, trimmed and sliced
Seasonings
- 💧 200cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Cut the squid into 1cm wide and 5cm long strips. Trim the tentacles and cut them into 4cm pieces.
Peel and quarter the potatoes. Soak them in water briefly and drain. Trim and slice the green beans diagonally into 4cm pieces.
In a frying pan, combine water, sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce. Heat over medium until boiling. Add squid and cook for 1 minute until it turns white. Remove squid from the pan.
Add potatoes to the pan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until tender. Add squid and green beans, stir gently, and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, cover the pan, and let it rest for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
