INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 150g daikon, sliced into thin strips
Condiments
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 3 tbsp water
PASOS
Slice the daikon into thin strips, approximately 1cm wide and 5cm long.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the daikon and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add water and concentrated soy sauce to the pan. Mix lightly, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat for 2–3 minutes until the daikon softens.
Remove the lid and stir-fry over medium heat to evaporate excess liquid. Add ground sesame seeds and stir briefly.
