INGREDIENTES
Seaweed
- 2 tbsp dried wakame
Vegetables
- 180g daikon, cut into 1cm slices
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 2 umeboshi, pitted and chopped
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
Liquids
- 💧 200ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
PASOS
Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water according to the package instructions, then drain.
Cut the daikon into 1cm slices after quartering it lengthwise. Thinly slice the green onion diagonally. Pit and roughly chop the umeboshi.
In a pot, bring water and daikon to a boil. Add sake and mirin, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the daikon softens.
Add green onion and umeboshi to the pot and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add wakame and soy sauce, then simmer briefly until heated through.
