INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥓 1 pack bacon
- 🧀 1 slice cheese
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Slice the bacon thinly and set aside.
Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Stir-fry 2 cups of cooked rice until the grains are separated and slightly crispy.
Add 4 eggs to the pan and stir-fry on high heat until fully cooked.
Add the sliced bacon to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Season with 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and a pinch of pepper. Mix well.
Turn off the heat and finish with 1 tbsp sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Optional: Press the fried rice into a bowl and invert onto a plate for a neat presentation.
Optional: Top with a slice of cheese and microwave for 1 minute for a cheesy finish.
