INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) skinless chicken breast
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
PASOS
Place the chicken breast, sugar, and salt into a resealable bag. Massage the ingredients into the chicken and refrigerate overnight.
Add enough water to a pot to fully submerge the chicken. Heat until just before boiling, then reduce to low heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and leave the chicken in the pot, covered, until the water cools completely.
