- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
- 10 wooden skewers
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 💧 3 tbsp water
PASOS
Cut chicken thighs into appropriate sizes considering shrinkage during cooking. Season with pepper and herb salt for better flavor.
Skewer the chicken pieces onto wooden sticks, about 4-5 pieces per stick. Optionally, add green onions for extra flavor.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil. Place the chicken skewers skin-side down and cover with a paper towel to prevent oil splatter.
Cook until the chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Remove from the pan.
Brush the prepared sauce evenly over the cooked chicken skewers and serve.
