- 🐟 200g cod fillets (2 pieces)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Flour
- Enough all-purpose flour to coat
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Butter
- 🧈 10g salted butter
PASOS
Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with all-purpose flour.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the cod skin-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the cod and cook for another 2 minutes. Add butter and spoon the melted butter over the cod while cooking.
