INGREDIENTES

- 🐖 400g pork belly block
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion (green part)
- 4 slices ginger
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 130ml pork broth
PASOS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Place pork, green onion (green part), and ginger in a microwave-safe container. Add enough water to cover the pork. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.
Remove the green onion and ginger. Take out the pork, rinse off scum, and pat dry.
In a separate microwave-safe container, mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and pork broth). Add the pork and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Microwave the pork and marinade at 600W for 5 minutes. Flip the pork, cover loosely again, and microwave for another 5 minutes.
