INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 300g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g kimchi
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 🥬 6 leaves lettuce (180g)
- 6 leaves shiso
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp ground sesame seeds
PASOS
Cut kimchi into bite-sized pieces and slice garlic thinly.
Cut pork belly into 1cm thick slices.
Mix all ☆ ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sweet miso sauce.
Heat a frying pan and cook pork belly on medium heat for 3 minutes until browned. Flip and cook the other side.
Push pork belly to the side of the pan and add kimchi and garlic. Tilt the pan to let pork fat flow into the kimchi and garlic, then stir-fry.
Once pork is cooked through, cut into 2cm pieces using kitchen scissors.
Plate pork, kimchi, lettuce, and shiso leaves. Serve with sweet miso sauce and sesame oil.
