INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/6 carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Cut the king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion and julienne the carrot.
Prepare the seasoning mix by combining soy sauce, minced garlic, cooking wine, corn syrup, and black pepper in a bowl.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over high heat and stir-fry the mushrooms for about 1 minute.
Add the sliced onion and julienned carrot to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Pour the prepared seasoning mix into the pan and stir-fry until the mushrooms absorb the sauce and turn tender.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Mix well and serve.
