INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🌭 4 sausages (80g)
Vegetable
- 🌱 3 asparagus spears (60g)
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
PASOS
Trim the ends of the asparagus. Peel the lower half of the spears with a peeler and cut them into diagonal slices about 3 cm wide.
Slice the sausages diagonally into halves.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with salad oil. Add the sausages and asparagus, stir-frying for about 3 minutes until they develop a golden color. Add the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with pepper.
