INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 sheet fish cake
- 🍚 1/2 bowl cooked rice
- 🥕 15g chopped carrot
- 🧅 10g chopped green onion
- 🧅 30g chopped onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- To taste black pepper
PASOS
Chop the onion, green onion, and carrot finely. Cut the fish cake into slightly larger square pieces for a chewy texture.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil and sauté the green onion until golden and fragrant.
Add all chopped ingredients to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until cooked.
Add cooked rice to the pan, then season with oyster sauce and soy sauce. Mix well.
Stir-fry the rice on high heat until it becomes fluffy and well-mixed.
Turn off the heat and add sesame oil. Mix well.
Serve the stir-fried rice with fish cake in a bowl and enjoy.
