INGREDIENTES

- 🐟 1 can tuna (150g)
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 🧅 10cm white part of green onion, chopped
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, finely chopped
- 🍄 150g enoki mushrooms, chopped
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Small amount of pepper
- 2 tbsp starch powder
PASOS
Remove the base of enoki mushrooms, rinse lightly, and chop into 1-2cm pieces.
Finely chop onion, green onion, and carrot. Smaller pieces help the mixture bind better.
Drain the oil from the tuna using a strainer to keep the dish light.
Combine chopped vegetables, drained tuna, eggs, salt, pepper, and starch powder in a mixing bowl.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and spoon the mixture onto the pan in small portions.
Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
