INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 smoked duck
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 green onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- A pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Prepare all ingredients: slice onion, green onion, and garlic. Cut smoked duck into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a wok and stir-fry the smoked duck. Add sliced garlic and continue frying until the fat renders out. Discard excess fat.
Add sliced onion and green onion to the wok. Mix in oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, gochujang, and black pepper. Stir-fry until vegetables are slightly softened.
Serve the stir-fried duck and vegetables over freshly cooked rice. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
