INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 🐖 100g ground pork
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
- Sufficient amount of shredded nori
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning for Pork

- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Mix ground pork with the pork seasoning ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
Cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes, stirring to break apart the pork.
Crack the eggs into a separate bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Heat a tamagoyaki pan over medium heat, apply a thin layer of salad oil using a paper towel, and pour in one ladle of egg mixture.
Place some cooked pork on the egg and roll it from the far side of the pan towards you.
Repeat the process by adding more oil, pouring another ladle of egg mixture, and rolling until all the egg mixture is used.
Add the sweet soy sauce mixture to the pan and coat the rolled omelet evenly.
Slice the rolled omelet into 1.5cm wide pieces.
Serve rice in bowls, top with shredded nori, place the sliced omelet on top, and garnish with chopped green onion.
