Noodles
- 2 bundles somen noodles (100g)
Egg
- 🥚 1 raw egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Condiments
- 5g chili oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce
- 💧 100ml water
PASOS
Mix the concentrated noodle sauce and water in a bowl to prepare the dipping sauce.
Boil water in a pot and cook the somen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water, then drain again and place in a serving dish.
Make a small indentation in the center of the noodles and place the raw egg. Add chili oil, drizzle sesame oil, and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
