INGREDIENTES

- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🥬 200g chopped cabbage
- 2 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
- 1 tbsp minced pickled ginger
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 50g soy flour
- 💧 150cc water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Toppings
- Okonomiyaki sauce to taste
- Aonori (seaweed flakes) to taste
- Bonito flakes to taste
PASOS
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide strips.
Chop the cabbage roughly and mince the pickled ginger.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, add water, and stir. Gradually add soy flour and mix until smooth. Add cabbage, pickled ginger, and dried shrimp, then combine to form the batter.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Spread the batter into a circular shape and place pork belly strips on top. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cover with a lid. Cook on low heat for 4 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve on a plate and add desired toppings such as okonomiyaki sauce, aonori, and bonito flakes.
