- 🍜 100g thin noodles
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 tsp black pepper
PASOS
Boil water and cook the noodles.
Pour cold water into the boiling noodles three times to stop overcooking.
Rinse the noodles thoroughly under cold water, scrubbing gently with your hands.
Fry two eggs until they are soft-boiled.
Mix all the seasonings in a bowl to create the sauce.
Combine the drained noodles with the sauce and mix well.
