INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 🍜 2 servings fresh Chinese noodles
Meat
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 240g cabbage, cut into 3cm pieces
- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 600ml water
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASOS
Cut the cabbage into 3cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until the color changes. Add cabbage, bean sprouts, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir-fry until the vegetables soften.
Boil water in a pot and cook the Chinese noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
In a separate pot, combine soy sauce, grated garlic, chicken stock powder, sesame oil, and water. Heat over medium heat until it comes to a boil, then remove from heat.
Place the cooked noodles in bowls. Top with the stir-fried pork and vegetables, pour the soup over, and garnish with chopped green onions.
