- 100g dried squid
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASOS
Prepare the dried squid by soaking it briefly in water and squeezing out the excess moisture.
Mix 3 tbsp mayonnaise with the dried squid and set aside.
Combine 3 tbsp soy sauce and 3 tbsp corn syrup in a pan over medium-low heat.
Once the sauce thickens, add the prepared dried squid to the pan.
Continue stirring until the squid takes on a glossy appearance and the sauce is well absorbed.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
